Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

Effective date: October 10, 2026

This author-written page provides general information only and is not legal advice.

1. What Information We Collect

Information you provide may include your business name and details, such as industry, time in business and entity type; contact details, including name, phone and email; the funding amount requested and intended use of funds; general financial and business information, such as monthly revenue, bank deposit information or other details you voluntarily share; and any other information you provide in forms, messages or calls.

We automatically collect information such as IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, pages viewed and time on site, and information from cookies and similar technologies. With your authorization, credit bureaus, data verifiers and other third parties may provide information used to evaluate an application.

2. How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you through the online form, phone or email. We collect some information automatically through cookies, analytics and server logs. We may also receive information from third parties such as credit bureaus and verification services where permitted, and from capital partners in connection with submitted applications.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use information to evaluate applications and identify suitable funding solutions; match applications with capital partners; communicate by phone, email and text about the inquiry, application and related services; process transactions and facilitate funding; verify information, including credit checks where authorized; improve the website, services and marketing; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; prevent fraud; and protect system security.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share application information with capital partners and funding sources because that sharing is central to the service. Network partners use the information to evaluate the business and present offers, and each partner is governed by its own privacy policy. We also share information with service providers such as hosting, analytics, CRM, communications and data verification providers; analytics and advertising providers; affiliates under common ownership for consistent purposes; legal and regulatory authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety or property or prevent fraud; and parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information. Sharing with capital partners provides the funding service requested rather than constituting a sale, though some state laws may treat certain disclosures, such as those to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, as a sale or sharing. Residents of those states may opt out.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels and analytics to operate the site, remember preferences, understand usage and support marketing. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work properly. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org. California residents have additional rights described below.

6. Data Retention

We keep information as long as necessary to process applications, meet legal, accounting and regulatory requirements, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Retention varies by information type and applicable law. Financial records are typically kept for the period required by law. Information no longer needed is securely deleted or de-identified.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls and need-to-know access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8. Children's Privacy

The services are for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from people under 18. If you notify us that we have collected such information, we will delete it as required by law.

9. State Privacy Rights

California residents may have rights under the CCPA and CPRA to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, its sources, business purposes and categories of third parties; to delete information subject to legal exceptions; to correct inaccurate information; to opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising; to limit use of sensitive personal information where applicable; and to receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising rights. Avyron Capital does not sell personal information, but requests to opt out of any disclosure that may be characterized as a sale or sharing are honored.

Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws, such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and Utah, may have similar rights and a right to appeal a decision. To submit a request, email info@avyroncapital.com or call (984) 388-0155 with your name, the email or phone number tied to the inquiry, state of residence and a description of the request. Identity verification is required. Authorized agents may submit requests subject to verification of authority. We respond within the timeframes required by law. No fee applies unless permitted by law and explained in advance.
